Viktor&Co is the largest property development company in the Volga Region of Russia. Aiming to operate at the federal level it is becoming the benchmark in its sector.

Viktor&Co is a family owned business and this fact obviously influenced the approach to brand concept development. It has been reflected in key brand values such as tradition respect, reputation, reliability and succession. These family values were then combined with contemporary relevant visual references to form a unique concept and defined brand development strategy.

The concept was translated into a visual identity focused around the brand logo and symbol. Three letters “V”, as the number of business owners, form the symbol. “V” means victory, but also creates the combined symbol to form a crown, which reinforces the desired “status” for the brand. Color palette, typography and logo compositions are all used to communicate a contemporary, innovative and progressive brand.

Development of Viktor&Co sonic brand identity became an integral and important part of the project. This will provide Viktor&Co with an additional instrument insuring bright, sustainable and charismatic brand has been created within this market.
