Brand identity for the fast growing Russian confectionary brand

MILDBERRY has recently completed this project for Akulchev, a fast growing contemporary Russian confectionary brand, based in Naberezhniye Chelny. The brand strategy is based on 3 main cornerstones: innovation, personal responsibility and care about the consumer. Personal responsibility is the key brand value: Akulchev is not an invented brand name — it is the brand owner’s surname, and it is his professional reputation that is the guarantee of quality…


The brand symbol is based on the letter A — the first letter in the brand name. Its design is reminiscent of the infinity symbol and illustrates the dynamism and company focus on the future based on constant innovation.

New packaging was developed for a number of confectionary product ranges — which do not exist in the Russian market — such as “crambles” and “crisps”.
